er.. good news.
Turns out I will be in this commercial I'm not sure what its for (an insurance company maybe?) or what I am supposed to be doing in it (something about a wedding?), I only know that I'll be making enough to pay for my ticket out of here, with enough leftover to pay for about half of the expenses I've incurred in my time here. Thats alright for a day's work, and the best part is that I will probably never see the commercial anyways.
Even more interesting, there's a typhoon headed straight for Taiwan, should get to Taipei somewhere around midnight? swweeet.

What exactly will you have to do in the commercial? Despite your best efforts you're developing quite the acting resume, hehe.

And this acting thing. I had to go to a fitting last night, and the shoot is on Thursday. I still don't know what the commercial is for, but apparently yes it is a wedding, and I am the crappin groom. (that is if I still have the job. I was anxious to leave, and I left without signing anything, maybe they've recognized me for the non-talent sketch case I really am.) The rest of the cast are ex-pats, older for the most part, who seem to do this often, except for 'my wife' who is some east-european model type (there are quite a few between here and hong kong) which for some reason leaves me with some combination of an inferiority complex and feeling down that i would even take any of this that seriously. what BS!
Must remember, the plan is to take the money and run.
